I stayed at Marisa Rooms for two days in Paros and it was perfect for my short stay. The location was great, just a 10-minute walk from the ferry port and the beach. Marisa even picked me up from the port, which was a nice touch. My room had a lovely balcony with a drying rack for my laundry, and there was a big veranda for everyone to use. The rooms were clean and homely, with a cute kitten in the reception. Marisa was friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations for my time on the island.
Recommend this hotel.

We loved the authentic (unspoilt) atmosphere, the cleanness and cosy-ness of the place. It is a very well run family hotel, very friendly and kind people, always present at the reception. We loved the surroundings: the hotel is only 5 minute walk from the port, but in a part of town which still retains its authentic (read unspoilt by tourism) atmosphere. The hotel is also close to all facilities (mini-market, bakery, shops, good restaurant on the river side, etc) but far enough from the most touristy part of town.

marisa rooms in parikia exceeded my expectations during this city holiday. the spotless clean rooms, convenient location, and amazing value for money made it a hidden gem. marisa, the wonderful host, always went above and beyond for her guests.
Bed could be more comfortable.

Really nice staff. Marisa is really helpful and friendly, and they transfer us from and to the port free. Really nice place. I recommend it!

Everything was perfect! A walk away from the beach, the best bakery on the island, grocery store, fruit market across the street, laundry down the street, restaurants, bars, everything! We figured out the entire neighbourhood within a day, so by day 3, we figured out the entire island! You can rent a buggy or scooter for very cheap, and explore other beaches too. The family that owns the hotel are so kind, and nothing was ever a problem/worry. The rooms are clean, they clean the towels, sheets, room is cleaned every day, you have a clothesline out on the balcony... What more do you want?! Also, I would highly recommend the restaurants near the port called: "Taverna Yiannoulis". Very good food!!! And such a kind staff...

The hotel was conveniently located near the port, beach boulevard, and the beautiful old town. The friendly personnel were always ready to help and the rooms were clean and cosy. Two key location facts - close to the port and within walking distance to the old town. the hotel offered good value for money.
The facilities at the hotel were lacking. The shower head was broken and the mattress was uncomfortable, causing aches the next day.

Marisa and her family were very welcoming - they provided a free pick up/return to the ferry; provided a map of Paros; and offered a lot of advice of what to do/see on or around the island. The hotel is good walking distance to the town, beach and public transport...yet far enough away from main centre and the noise. The rooms were cleaned daily to a good standard with regularly changed towels.
The room was a bit small, especially the bathroom...but having the room with a balcony helped. Payment is typically at the hotel and preferably in cash.

marisa rooms was a fantastic find! the location was perfect, just a short walk from the port and close to the beach and supermarket. our room was spotlessly clean with a lovely balcony and all the self-catering equipment we needed. marisa and her mom were incredibly friendly and helpful. highly recommend!
Bed could've been more comfortable.

Convenient location in walking distance to the port and the beach. Rooms were cleaned daily and had beautiful facilities.
Some rooms felt old and worn. The pictures made the rooms look better than they actually were.

Stayed at a budget hotel during Christmas. Enjoyed the fact that the hotel was in a good location, just a short walk to the beach and town. , appreciated the pick-up and drop-off service provided by the friendly owner. The helpful information given, along with the map, allowed for easy exploration of the area.
The bathroom was extremely small, making it difficult to move around comfortably. the bed sheets were not very comfortable, feeling a bit plasticky.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely place in Paros. The hostess, Marisa, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She even personally picked us up from the ferry and dropped us off when we left. The location of the rooms was perfect, with easy access to the foreshore restaurants and the old city center. We also loved the convenience of having a bakery, fruit shop, and Suvlaki place nearby. The rooms were clean and homely, with a nice balcony to enjoy. Despite a couple of minor issues with the shower and payment, we would highly recommend staying at Marisa Rooms for a wonderful holiday experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
